You have chosen to operate an online business to establish your Hundred-Fold-Life. The last stage of establishing a business online is the website. Because it serves to represent the business' image and provides total convenience for potential customers, the website is by far one of the most important parts to the business. Therefore, every aspect of its creation must be overseen with precision. Remember that your site will reflect how your business will be perceived.

Depending on whether or not the business owner does the work her- or himself or hires a professional web designer to do the job, knowledge of web construction is imperative. If the latter is the case, the expenses will naturally be higher, although some instructional software might be necessary for business owners to teach themselves, so that will have some cost as well. Those preparing the website should do personal analyses to determine will need to be paid and establish a budget to cover it.

This includes, too, the basic template, which is advised to be used for the home page. This tool can be purchased and downloaded from any of various sites online at a price falling anywhere from $30.00 to over $200.00. Before buying, however, one should weight the pros and cons of employing one ore more of these implants. This alone will definitely affect expenses to some extent, depending on which template is bought and how many.

Despite the cost, the webpage template has several advantages to making one's own. First of all, the template is professional looking in its visual quality. This will indeed inspire confidence in those who gaze upon it. There is also the consideration of preorganisational design. These templates accommodate the basic need of every single business: menus, title space, color and style, tables, and link icons for email, identity page and links space. Another innovation is the possibility of utilizing more than one template in constructing the entire site, which would illustrate diversity in the variety of style as displayed through each page having its own appearance. This would require more than one template to apply, although a single template can be modified as necessary. However, one page can bring consistency in appearance and arrangement to the site, as every page would look the same. In either case, cost will definitely come into play, and between them costs will undoubtedly vary.

For those who are building their own page, HTML and PHP knowledge, paint and photo shop, and clipart uploading will be necessary for implementing page coding. Just as much time will go into studying webpage design as it does in conceptualizing the business and getting own the Mission Statement, the Procedural Policies, even the budget itself.

It is for these and other reasons that the design, construction and price rely strongly and directly on the business owner, who it is, what that person's knowledge and skills are, and the person's personal preferences and funding. Once it is all determined, however, the next stage will be to laying out the entire webpage in detail to see what it will look like when completed. This will be the very first visual representation of the online business to emerge for anyone to see . . . .

Sometimes, no matter how hard you try; you will find that your business just doesn't work the way that you want it to. No matter how well you have done on your business plan, and no matter how much information you have that tells you're your business is going to work, you are probably going to find yourself in a situation where you need to reorganize your thoughts, as well as some of your business, in order to make sure that it is going to be profitable like you hoped that it would be.

Don't Get Stuck

One of the most important things that you can do as you own a business is to try hard to not get stuck with the way that the business works and with the way that it is set up. Getting stuck with the way that you think a business should be is a mistake that lots of people make, and it something that can be a disaster to you if you don't allow yourself to change and grow with the times.

You have to be sure that you are always keeping tabs on your business and that you are evaluating how well it is working and what you can do to make it better. If you come to a point in time in which you don't think your business is working at all, you are probably going to have to completely reorganize it, no matter how hard this might seem. This is something that you might have to do, and it is something that you are going to want to do because sometimes the only way to save your business is to overhaul it and reorganize it.

The first step in this process is going to be taking a look at your business and seeing what you could perhaps do to make it better. This means that you have to be sure to take a look at the various types of work that is coming in, how you are processing it, and how it is working. This is something that you should be doing on a regular basis. However, if you find that it just isn't working, this is the time that you are going to want to take to change it so that it works better.

Remember that when you reorganize your business, it isn't completely like starting from scratch, but you might want to treat it like it is. Take the time to write a business plan that shows you how you can succeed, and then make the changes that need to be made so that your business isn't failing any more. Have a trusted friend or mentor look over your business plan and ask for input, fresh eyes often give you a new prospective. Don't be afraid to start completely over on some of your projects, because this just might be the tip that you are all looking for to make sure that you are going to be a success.

H-f-l-team-how To Stretch Funds When Business Is Slow

One of the main things that you have to know about running a home business is that you are going to have to have a plan for how to stretch your money when the business is slow. One of the main things that you have to know about running a home business is that you are going to have to have a plan for how to stretch your money when the business is slow. This is something that you have to worry about no matter what you are doing or what you are selling. There are going to be periods of time in which you simply can't make ends meet, and it is always a good idea to be able to have some tips as to how you can handle this.

Tips

One of the things that you can do at the very start of your business to make sure that you are going to be able to sail through the times where money is tight is to make sure that you have built these times into your business plan. There should be a part of your business plan that details how you are going to save money when business is booming. You should have a set amount of money that you are putting away each time you are making profit, and these funds should be what you can fall back on during the times where you aren't making as much money as you thought you'd be able to make.

The other thing that you have to remember is that you should always be on the lookout for savings that you can make. You might want to hire people for occasional work, yet not make them full time employees. This will help you because you can use them when you can afford to pay them and when you have enough work for them to do, but they will not expect work all of the time, so when business is slow you can do all of the work yourself and make more money because you don't have to p ay your employees.

You can also look for ways to save money when business is slow by networking with other small business owners and seeing if there are services that you can trade each other. For instance, if you are a writer, you might want to offer your skills to the owner of a design company in exchange for them giving you some designs for free. If you are able to have enough networking skills, you can find ways to make sure that you are able to stretch the money that you do make in the off seasons as far as it will go.

Remember that you are in control of your home business, which means that you are going to be able to decide what you save and what you spend. Keep this in mind, especially if you have a business that tends to have good days and bad days like most businesses do. Simply spending less when you have more money allows you to be able to save more for the times when you don't have too much business.

H-F-L-Team: Learn How To Take A Day Off When Running A Business

When you are running a business, the tendency that you are going to have to fight the most is the one that tells you to work all of the time. When you are running a business, the tendency that you are going to have to fight the most is the one that tells you to work all of the time. It is a funny paradox, because a lot of the time, a person goes into their own business so that they don't have to work so much, and so that they can set their own hours. This happens very often however, when a person decides to have a home business, what happens next is that they come up with something that they love, and something that they are very passionate about. This, coupled with the fact that the business is now located in their home or very close to their home makes lots of people feel like they should work all of the time. There is a real tendency that you have to fight to work for 24 hours a day and to never take a day off.

Good To Be A hard Worker

First of all, be proud of yourself for wanting to work so hard. If you have found something that you love to do, and you are enjoying your job, that is a great thing for you and for your future. You should feel good about that fact that your job means a lot to you, and you should feel like you have accomplished something by allowing yourself to be happy in your job.

However, you have to remember that no matter how much you like your job, and no matter how happy you are with what you are doing for a living, you simply have to take a day off now and then and you have to give yourself vacations. You might not think that they are necessary if you love your job, but if you don't give yourself the proper amount of time off, you are going to find that you get burned out much more easily than you would normally do. No matter how much you enjoy what you do, if you don't take a break now and then, you won't be able to do it for very long.

The biggest thing that you have to deal with when you are taking days off from a home business is the guilt that goes along with knowing that every moment you are not in your home office, you are missing out on chances to make money and to make your business better. However, you have to remind yourself that part of the reason you are taking control of what you do is that you want to be able to have a flexible schedule. You have to work really hard at letting yourself take time off, and at being okay with that.

Boomers control some 70 percent of all U.S. assets.

Do you think they would be a good group to market to? I think the answer is an obvious yes.

But why, let's look closer.

They have money and they spend it.

In general as theses folks aged they have accumulated more wealth. They have received more paychecks, paid down or off their mortgages. Reduced debt. They are retiring and are looking to enjoy the rest of their lives with the money that they have saved or are receiving from their pensions.

They are ready to live their Hundred-Fold-Lives.

Baby Boomers don't want to be old. They don't want to act, feel or look old. They don't perceive themselves as old or ageing.

What can your home business sell Boomers?

They like to travel. An online travel agency that caters to their needs would be a winner.

They need and want digital cameras, ipods, mp3 players, luggage, clothes; the list goes on and on.

Do you sell those items? Could you offer special deals to 55 and older crowd?

Remember Baby Boomers want to stay young.

Do you sell health related products or services? Exercise equipment, vitamins/supplements, skin care/cosmetics and information relating to those products. Can you add those services or products to you existing line? Have you considered becoming an affiliate to those sorts of products?

Are you out of luck because you sell baby or children related products?

Heck no!

Baby Boomers are becoming grandparents.

They are going to be buying quality gifts like that Eddie Bauer stroller for junior, and all the other needs and wants for their grandkids.

New magazines such as "eldr" and "Grand" (" the official magazine of grandparents") and social networking site like and are aggressively going after the Boomer dollar.

Can you link your site or advertise with them?

Okay let's review.

There are millions of Baby Boomers.

Boomers have money lots of it. They are willing to spend it on quality products and services, for themselves and family.

You have a home-based business and need customers.

Yes, 1+1 sill equals 2.

Go and service them they are a great resource in building your Hundred-Fold-Life.

Okay she had at least 10 jobs long hours no pay. No wonder women wanted out of the house!

But what they found is that not only were they now working outside of the home all that work at home didn't go away.

Women friends of mine that worked outside of the home found themselves spending almost all they earned was going to day care, commuting expenses "gas, parking, maintenance " and wardrobe.

The biggest complaint was they had no time to spend with their kids. They were asking themselves "Why did I have kids if I am going to turnover raising them to a stranger making minimum wage?"

As a man and father I could not fully understand how they felt, but I know it troubled them deeply. I was fortunate that I was a firefighter and with my schedule I was able to help raise my daughter and help with a lot of the household responsibilities. I found out first hand what "moms work" is and it was intense!

What's the answer?

I wish I could that the credit for this brilliant idea, but no. Work form home online. It can be the answers to many stay at home work at home needs.

The computer and internet can provide stay at home moms with numerous options. Your passions, ideas, and creativity can all be funneled into your home business.

I met a stay at home mom that lives in my building. I would see her out with her baby in one of those "jogger strollers" and she would have one or two dogs with her. But I noticed that they were different dogs at different times. I stopped and talked to her at the mailbox and asked her about the number of dogs she has. She laughed and told me that they're not all hers.

She went on to say that she is a stay at home mom, and her husband works a regular 8 to 5. She is working on getting her home business up and running and that she walks dogs for people in the building. She stated that they pay her $25.00 to walk them that is about $50.00 to $75.00 a day!

Wow the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in that home!

So she is getting her home business going, earning cash with the dog walking, spending time with her child and getting her exercise. She is also planning to home school her child. She has it figured out.

What can you do?

Follow my neighbors' model.

Get that home business started. Find other sources of income from the home while it is building. Ask yourself what are you good at, trained in or educated in. What needs do other people have that you can fill. Then apply that to your stay at home strategy.

Take confidence in the fact that you are not the first women to work from home. Women have been doing it for a very long time.

I check out some Bible verses and found many about working women. Here are a few that I found.

Proverbs 31:14-18

14 She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar.

15 She gets up while it is still dark; she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls.

16 She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.

17 She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks.

18 She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night.

You see you're in good company. Now go out and start fulfilling your Hundred-Fold-Life.
